Our Story

We are a family of 4 living our dream creating a heritage farm in South Texas specializing in pasture raised pork, wild flowers, and all things that fill our soul. 

Along with our two boys we raise gloucestershire old spot pigs, a heritage breed that boasts a product that marbles like beef and just may change the way you think about pork. We are in the business of sustainability and ethically raising a superior pork product while practicing rotational grazing (yes these are foraging pigs) and integrated agriculture in an effort to be the best stewards of the land we can be. 

When the season is right awe-inspiring wildflowers abound to fill the land, our home and yours with wild magnificence.
